Shipping and Orders


***2026 YEAR OF JOY CALENDAR UPDATES AND INFORMATION***

Process: The 2026 Year of Joy Calendars are for pre-order only right now, which means your purchase will reserve the quantity you ordered the and secure your place in the shipping queue as soon as they are finished printing.

Shipping Timeline: The calendars are printing now and will be ready to ship to customers beginning December 10th. While the printing process is taking longer than the November timeline I had hoped for, I am still optimistic that they will make it to customers in the US before Christmas.

Canadian Customers: All calendars are planned to ship the most cost-effective method, which is usually USPS/Canadian Post. We are aware of the possibility of more strikes taking place, and will do our best to monitor the situation and act accordingly.

Change of Address: Please be sure to double check our address before completing your order to help ensure that your package makes it to you! If for some reason you need to change your address, please contact me through the website and I will update it in my system.

ORDERING:

After you place your order, a confirmation email with your order details will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout. If you would like to keep track of your orders, save your shipping info for future orders, and stay updated on my email update list, feel free to select the option at checkout.

PROCESSING + SHIPPING:

Processing times may increase slightly during peak holiday seasons or due to supply chain disruptions, however orders will generally ship within 10-14 business days from date of purchase.

I ship to most countries worldwide, but if you don’t see your country as a shipping option at checkout, please contact me to discuss alternative shipping arrangements! Additionally, there are many online and brick-and mortar shops on my Stockists page that carry a selection of prints, cards, or puzzles - some of them may be near you!

Also, please check here to see if your country is listed on the USPS page for service disruptions.

Domestic packages typically take 3-5 business days to arrive after being shipped, while packages with overseas destinations can take anywhere from 10-20 business days.

All orders are assigned tracking info automatically and you will receive a shipment confirmation email as soon as your package is ready to ship. If you don’t see one, please check your spam folder and double check any of your alternate emails that you might have used or were auto-filled at checkout.

COMBINING, ADDING, OR CHANGING EXISTING ORDERS:

Please be sure to double check your information and cart before finishing your order so that we can make sure your package makes it to you! It can be so disappointing to find out later that it went to the wrong address. Unfortunately, I cam’t combine orders after they’ve been placed, but if you would like I can cancel them for you to re-order your items together to save on shipping costs.

DAMAGED,LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Each order is packaged as thoughtfully and carefully as possible. Out of the orders that we receive, less than 1% are reported lost, stolen, or damaged. In the rare event that this happens to you, please let me know within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, and I will help you navigate the situation via dialogue with the courier, refund, or a remake.

SHIPPING CUSTOMS CHARGES, VAT or GST:

If applicable, please be aware of your country’s customs, VAT, or GST charges. It is your responsibility to pay and be aware of your country’s taxes and fees applied to the purchase of international goods. If a package is not claimed because of refusal to pay these fees and it is returned, I will contact you to discuss reshipment options and make new payment arrangements. e

SHIPMENTS TO WRONG ADDRESS/RETURN TO SENDER:

If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I will contact you to discuss reshipment options.

Cancellations, Changes, and Returns


CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

If you need to make any changes to your order or if you need to cancel it, please contact me within 24hrs of placing your order. I am not able to offer refunds beyond this point as the funds will have already been used to process the prints in your order.

While I don’t accept returns, I do want you to be happy about your purchase! So, please let me know if there is any way I can help you!
